Pricing & Payment

How is pricing determined? ▼

Pricing is based on several factors:

We provide free quotes before booking so you know exactly what to expect.

We accept the following payment methods:

Payment is typically required before or upon pickup, unless other arrangements are made.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders? ▼

Insurance & Safety

Is my equipment insured during transport? ▼

Yes! All shipments include standard insurance coverage. You can also purchase full value coverage based on your equipment's declared value. We recommend declaring the full replacement value of your equipment to ensure adequate protection. There are no deductibles on our standard insurance policies.

What happens if my equipment is damaged? ▼

If damage occurs during transport:

  • File a claim within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide documentation (photos, receipts, damage reports)
  • We'll process your claim and provide replacement value based on declared equipment value
  • Claims are typically processed within 5-10 business days

Note: We are not liable for damage caused by improper packaging by the customer.

How do you protect sensitive equipment? ▼

  • Real-time monitoring of temperature, humidity, and shock levels

Tracking & Delivery

Yes! All shipments include real-time GPS tracking. You'll receive:

  • Estimated delivery times
How long does delivery take? ▼

Delivery times vary based on:

  • Same-day: Available in select areas
  • Standard: 2-5 business days for domestic shipments
  • Rush: 2-4 hours (premium rate)
  • International: 5-14 business days depending on destination

We'll provide an estimated delivery time when you book your service.

Do I need to be present for pickup and delivery? ▼

Yes, someone must be present at both pickup and delivery locations. This can be:

  • You personally
  • An authorized representative (with written permission)
  • A business representative if shipping to/from a business

Additional fees may apply for missed delivery attempts or if we need to reschedule.

Cancellation & Refunds

What is your cancellation policy? ▼

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Free cancellation: Up to 24 hours before scheduled pickup
  • 50% refund: Cancellations 12-24 hours before pickup
  • No refund: Cancellations less than 12 hours before pickup

Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.

Can I reschedule my transport? ▼

Yes, you can reschedule your transport with at least 48 hours notice. Rescheduling is subject to availability. Contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new date and time. There may be a small rescheduling fee depending on the circumstances.

Packaging & Preparation

Do I need to pack my equipment myself? ▼

No, you don't have to! We offer professional packaging services for an additional fee. However, if you choose to pack items yourself, we recommend using proper packing materials and techniques. We are not liable for damage caused by improper customer packaging.

What should I do to prepare my equipment for transport? ▼

To prepare your equipment:

  • Remove any detachable parts and pack them separately
  • Take photos of your equipment before transport
  • Keep original receipts and documentation
  • Ensure equipment is clean and in good condition
  • Provide accurate dimensions and weight
  • Be available at the scheduled pickup time
